Who HedgEnergy, Inc.'s Representation Is
HEI's founder, John Krcma, has been involved with the natural gas industry since the onset of F.E.R.C. order 436 deregulation started to make its mark (1988). Getting established during the infancy stages of natural gas transportation in the open markets afforded John the opportunity to be involved with all facets of securing and delivering natural gas from the wellhead to the burner-tip. This includes but is not limited to; Transportation and Exchange, Gas Accounting, Gas Supply, Gas Marketing, Gas Control and all components related to P & L. John is responsible for the start-up and assisting in the successful build-up of marketing offices throughout the late 80's and the 90's. John's main interest has been in the risk management/financial aspects of the business and the realization a huge gap needed to be filled regarding the lack of transparency end-users were experiencing in the acquisition and hedging processes, hence the start-up of HedgEnergy, Inc. in January of 2000.
John has significant training and experience in trading financial and physical natural gas in the futures markets and in various OTC type platforms and has invested an inordinate amount of time studying and practicing technical analysis and its applications to markets. He has been professionally recognized for his understanding of how and why markets function as well as an ability to provide an in depth understanding of market fundamentals and their associated impacts on price action.
